For a great family day out with more than 100 acres of stunning wetland, woodland and wildlife reserve to explore.
Meet colourful Chilean flamingoes; hand-feed rare and endangered ducks, geese and swans in the Close Encounters area or visit tiny ducklings at the waterfowl nursery as they take their first wobbly steps (May-July).
Hawthorn Wood Hide offers spectacular views of bright woodland birds like Great-spotted Woodpecker and Bullfinch, while waders such as Redshank and Grey Heron can be seen from one of our four lakeside hides.
There's always something new throughout the seasons. Gift shop, play area and Waterside Cafe with sun terrace overlooking the stream channel.
